Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: We have 4 different kinds of UPS shipping. They include Next
Day Air, Second Day, Third Day, and Ground. The shipping time does not
include the day of shipment, or weekends and major holidays. To view a
map of UPS Ground shipping time from our offices, click here. Please
allow 24-48 hours for shipping, although most orders will be shipped same
day if received by 3:30 PM EST Monday-Friday.
Q: How many wristbands are in a box?
A: Our tyvek bands come in boxes of 1000 bands, unlike some
competitors who sell 500/box for the same price! Our Vinyl bands come in
boxes of 500.
Q: Can I be invoiced/pay with a P.O.?
A: No. These types of orders require considerably more human interaction. We were founded based on the idea of offering quick and easy ordering with little human interaction. Thus, we only accept payment by credit card through our website.
